Google may have been not really speedy in terms of their + Social Network, but obviously you can see over the last few days that it is officially launched to the world on Google homepage. This is where you can start your own Google Social Network unless you already have an account in which case your first name will be listed. this will direct you to your profile page.

You can either type Google + into any search engines, youtube, or go directly on Google, just follow the blue arrow and a new door is open.
